AEP will attempt to fulfill the location and budget restraints that are requested as the event approaches. AEP will procure comparable or better seating and pricing without notice. Should AEP be unable to procure comparable or better seats you will be notified and asked to approve changes.
Comparable seating: seats in the same section or mirrored location on either side of venue. If mirrored location is not acceptable you must indicate clearly in order notes.
